Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Can everyone use this site? That is the goal. Knowinglocation Tree Service wants all visitors to knowinglocation.property to be able to get around it, including people with disabilities. This statement shares our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What are we aiming for?

We want the site to work for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

What steps do we take?

To support access, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where might it fall short?

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

What if something is hard to use?

You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@knowinglocation.property and we will do our part to assist.

How can you give feedback?

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@knowinglocation.property and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Is the work finished?

No. Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep improving.
